Today's board: the bats in the pennant races
Nine games today, three of them early (Brewers at Pirates 12:35 PM ET, Dodgers at Reds 12:40, Athletics at Rays 1:10), then Padres at Rockies at 3:10 PM ET and five night games. The board runs through the races: Riley Greene has at least 2 hits, runs and RBI combined in 6 straight since coming back from a hamstring strain, with the Tigers in Chicago against a White Sox team chasing them for the division. Justin Crawford takes a 7-game hitting streak into Citi Field, Marcus Semien has a hit in 6 straight for the Mets, and rookie A.J. Ewing is at plus money on his combo prop. The full writeup, with a Mets First 5 Innings angle and the Padres' run of early leads, is in today's player props article. Two games were left off: Astros and Rangers are both opening with a reliever ahead of a bulk arm.

How this board gets built
We track graded results for every player prop and team market across MLB, every day. A trend only makes this page when the record is real (no cherry-picked windows), the streak is current, and the number is checked against today's actual line. We also replay every record at today's number, so a trend built at a different line doesn't get sold as the same bet. Games where the starting pitcher isn't settled get left off rather than guessed at, and games that have already started never appear. Records describe what has already happened; they never guarantee what happens next. If a term on this page is new to you, our betting terminology guide covers all of it, and our EV calculator shows what any price really pays.
FAQ
How often is this page updated?
Every morning during the MLB season, after our overnight results grade and the day's lines load. Game-day articles go deeper on each slate and are linked above as they publish.
What is an MLB betting trend?
A repeated, graded result in one specific market: a hitter clearing the same prop line game after game, a team's games opening scoreless, a total leaning one direction. We report the exact market, the exact record, and today's price, so you can judge it yourself.
Are these picks?
No. WagerSharp is editorial trend analysis, not a picks service. We surface what the data shows and flag angles worth a look; the decision, the line shopping and the bet sizing are yours. Our line shopping guide explains why the number you bet matters as much as the side.
Odds move all day, so always check the current number. 21+. Please gamble responsibly.
